Marketing Associate

LinkedIn

July 2021 - Present

As a college student, I fell in love with the LinkedIn platform and the company's vision of creating economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce. I am currently a Marketing Associate at LinkedIn in the Business Leadership Program. As a Marketing Associate, I lead the production of email campaigns across 7 global languages. As an employee I have conducted various workshops to teach LinkedIn employees how to build their personal brands on the platform. I also led a group of 14 employees (all senior to me) in teaching them how to coach others on Linkedin best practices.

Cambridge Recruiters

January 2020 - January 2021

Cambridge Recruiters is a recruiting and placement firm that specializes in R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineering positions in the Medical Device industry. The company focuses on the major medical device hubs (Bay Area, So-Cal, Minnesota, Greater Boston) and has placed clients in every position from Specialists to Vice Presidents. Despite only working part time while going to school full time, I have been able to create value for the company: • Generated over $60,000 revenue in 3 months through candidate placements • Opened the Greater Boston/New England territory to recruiting efforts and acquired 200+ client and company contacts • Tripled the follower count of the LinkedIn company page (703 —> 2100+) through page optimizations and content creation

Global Sales Intern

LinkedIn

May 2020 - August 2020

As a Global Sales Organization Intern working in the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions line of business, I supported a team of account strategists. I was responsible for creating an intranet website within Microsoft Sharepoint to house a new onboarding document. Throughout the course of my 12 weeks I: • Created a Microsoft SharePoint website that was the sole resource used to onboard and train new Account Executives and Account Strategists ----- CONTEXT: My team received an approval to increase headcount by nearly 300%, which was the largest headcount increase grant in LinkedIn company history. All of those new reps utilized the SharePoint Website that I created to be trained and onboarded. Prior to the internship, I knew nothing about SharePoint, but I became a team Subject Matter Expert by watching over 20 hours of videos and interviewing fellow experts at LinkedIn. • Repurposed an 88-page PDF PowerPoint document into 24 micro-presentations, which decreased training manual navigation times by 75% and increased sales rep efficiency ----- CONTEXT: Reps grew tired of the previous manual because it was a PDF, so they were unable to "Control F" to find what they were looking for. Overtime, they stopped using the PlayBook, because they didn't want to search for 10 minutes every time they had a question about what to do. • Improved personal product knowledge by engaging in 126 informational interviews with LinkedIn employees
