About Athena

Athena is a Leadership Coach with 20 years of experience across sectors and geographies. seasoned leader and executive with extensive experience developing people, leading teams, building strategy, and managing change. In her coaching, she uses deep listening and focused inquiry to partner with her clients to broaden their perspective and sharpen their insights, both about themselves and the situations they're navigating. Athena is an ICF-certified coach (ACC) who, in her coaching, draws on nearly 20 years of experience in the private, nonprofit, and social sectors, both in the US and internationally. She trained with the Hudson Institute of Coaching and holds a both a B.A. in Psychology and M.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University. She currently lives in the Seattle, WA area.
