8-week career coaching program (meeting once per week for 60mins) to support getting a full-time job within 30 days of graduation. Note: Career coaching does NOT guarantee employment. SAMPLE PLAN (This may change based on client needs) Week 1: Clarify Targets & Strategy - Identify best-fit roles, industries, and companies - Outline upskilling needs (technical + professional) - Map out a 10-week job search strategy with milestones Week 2: Revamp Documents - Update CV, tailored toward best-fit roles - Update LinkedIn profile - Start applying + LeetCode practice Weeks 3–4: Applications + Networking - Refine resume further as applications begin - Build a networking plan (alumni, LinkedIn, career fairs) - Draft outreach messages and follow-up templates - Begin applying to key roles & tracking applications Weeks 5–8: Interview Prep + Advanced Job Search - Conduct live mock interviews (technical + behavioral) - Refine STAR stories & technical problem-solving - Adjust application strategy based on recruiter responses - Continue structured networking and applying weekly
