Arjaav’s MBA Qualifications
When I was looking for MBA help to get into an M7, I couldn't find a coach who actually looked like my path — non-target school, non-linear career, no built-in advantages. That's the perspective I bring. I grew up in India, broke into Deloitte out of a non-target school, became the highest-rated PM at a fast-growing EV startup, and earned my way into Columbia Business School. I then recruited for FAANG and MBB simultaneously, and joined McKinsey. I'm a Columbia MBA with a 750 GMAT — but more importantly, I know what it takes to get into rooms that weren't built for you. If you're coming from a non-traditional background or a non-target school, this is where I shine.

About Arjaav
I grew up between Delhi and Mumbai, and spent the first 27 years of my life in India before moving to the US for my MBA at Columbia Business School. My path was anything but linear. I attended a non-target school, broke into strategy consulting at Deloitte, and then made an unconventional leap as the first non-engineer Product Manager at Yulu, one of India's fastest-growing EV startups. Here, I became the highest-rated PM at the firm and launched a feature that went on to see over 10 million usages. At Columbia, I recruited for both FAANG PM roles and MBB consulting, and ultimately joined McKinsey. I know firsthand what it takes to break into the world's most selective institutions and firms without the "expected" background. I wasn't the top student or the most obvious candidate. I got there through process, persistence, and learning to play the game strategically.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I believe it matters deeply to learn from someone you can actually relate to. Not everyone has come from a target school or had everything figured out from day one. The advice of a lifelong overachiever doesn't always translate. I was never the smartest person in the room, but I found a way into an M7 MBA and one of the most selective consulting firms in the world. I want to be the resource I wish I'd had, someone who gets what it feels like to be an outsider, and who can show you that where you start doesn't define where you end up.
