In this package, you get a mix of live sessions and asynchronous guidance designed to keep you from drifting and to push your career back onto a rising path. Every live session has intent. We identify what is breaking, what is slipping, and what needs to be rebuilt. I do not sugarcoat. I do not circle around the issue. We move directly toward the pressure points that change your trajectory. Between sessions, you’ll have access to me for quick feedback and course corrections so you never slide back into the patterns that got you stuck in the first place. My style here is straightforward, honest, and hands on. If something needs to be said, I say it. If something needs to be fixed, we fix it.
