This package is an ongoing, high touch AI and ML engineering engagement focused on real systems and real decisions. It includes up to 12 hours of coaching, used flexibly over time, to work directly on the problems you are actively facing. This is not conceptual guidance or hypothetical discussion. What is included: • Live system design and architecture reviews • Applied ML and LLM system design in real environments • Tradeoffs across models, data, infrastructure, cost, and risk • Evaluation strategies, failure modes, and iteration plans • Guidance on scaling systems as users, usage, or regulation increase • Feedback on architectural decisions before they are locked in • Support preparing for senior or staff level AI interviews • Help communicate AI decisions to engineers, leadership, or investors Sessions are working sessions. We use your systems, designs, constraints, and goals. Ideas are revisited and pressure tested over time as decisions evolve. This package is designed for application, reinforcement, and mastery rather than one off advice.

I work with clients through ongoing, focused conversations grounded in real systems and real constraints. Sessions are collaborative and applied. We work directly on your current architecture, designs, or decisions rather than abstract scenarios. I ask direct questions, surface tradeoffs early, and help you reason through second and third order effects before they show up in production. There is no fixed curriculum. Each session builds on the last, revisiting earlier decisions as context evolves. The goal is not to provide answers in isolation, but to develop judgment that holds under changing conditions. This work is direct, technical, and practical. If something will not matter at scale, I will say so. If a decision carries hidden risk, we address it early. Over time, patterns become instinct rather than theory.
Sessions are scheduled flexibly based on availability and are intended to support continuity rather than one off conversations. To get the most value, sessions are best spaced so decisions can evolve between meetings. This engagement is focused on strategic and technical guidance rather than hands on implementation or delivery work.
