About ANDREW
Andrew is a strategic Human Resources leader with over 17 years of experience. His career has taken him from the world of academia to the tech giant Google, where he has held a variety of roles, including Senior People Consultant, HR Business Partner, Global Recruiting Manager, and Program Manager. Andrew's journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. He later earned a Graduate Certificate in Learning and Organization Change from Northwestern University. At Google, Andrew was involved in building new and innovative talent programs (created Google Android Camp), building operations and leading large teams to meet xx+ annual hiring goals in bringing Tech Early Career talent to Google, and coaching leaders, execs, and teams for success across all HR related topics.
