I am a Wharton MBA and private equity professional with 5-6 years of middle market private equity experience. I most recently served as a vice president at Court Square, a middle market private equity firm with $8 billion in AUM. I have a track record leading thematic sourcing, transaction evaluation & execution, and value creation initiatives across business services and healthcare companies. With experience spanning investment banking, operational finance, and board-level portfolio leadership, I have helped executed transactions from thesis development through investment committee and post-close strategy. In additional to my professional work, I have coached candidates across the full career spectrum—from pre-MBA to post-private equity associates—on how to stand out in interview processes, build compelling investment theses, and craft winning MBA applications.
