About Andrea
Raised across the US, Australia, Argentina, and Mexico as a Mexican-American, I grew up seeing how diverse perspectives shape global business. This led me to study International Business, where I grew passionate about technology’s potential to drive cross border impact. My career began in Mexico City’s fast-paced tech ecosystem. Working beside leaders who had pursued MBAs, I applied to several programs, knowingly with an unconventional background—scaling a crypto/payments startup in Latin America. Attending Stanford GSB was a remarkable launchpad, deepening my understanding of global issues while strengthening my business foundations. Today, I’m a Senior Project Manager at Tesla in Palo Alto, where I work at the intersection of innovation, tech and impact.
Why do I coach?
I know the power of the right support at pivotal moments. From navigating MBA applications to breaking into tech, I benefited from mentors who helped me shape my story, and I want to help you craft your narrative with clarity and confidence to unlock new opportunities.
