1) Phase 1: Story Crafting (2 hours) Identify and refine 3–5 core stories that demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, and impact. Use consulting-style storytelling frameworks (e.g. STAR, PARADE) to structure compelling answers. Tailor stories to your target roles and cultural context. Build your personalized Interview Story Bank for future reference. 2) Phase 2: Mock Interviews & Feedback (3 hours) Practice behavioral and case-style interview questions across multiple sessions. Receive detailed, structured feedback on content, tone, and delivery. Learn how to adapt your communication style for global or cross-cultural interviews. Build confidence through realistic, high-pressure simulations. After phase 2, you will walk away ready to tell your story like a consultant — structured, confident, and memorable!

We start with two hours of story crafting, where I help you identify and refine 3–5 STAR stories that showcase your impact, leadership, and problem-solving skills. From there, we move into three hours of mock interviews designed to simulate real scenarios — with detailed feedback on your structure, tone, and communication style. Each session includes actionable guidance and a written summary, so you’ll leave with clarity on what to improve and how to present yourself with authenticity and confidence.
