Why do I coach?
During my time as an interviewer at a leading consulting firm and later as an MBA student, I helped peers break into competitive markets and secure offers from top consulting firms. Through these experiences, I realized that even highly talented people often struggle to clearly articulate their career journey and the true impact of their work — and that clarity often makes the difference between moving forward or being overlooked. Having personally navigated and succeeded in multiple interviews across competitive markets in both the US and UK, I know how tough the process can be. That’s why I’m passionate about coaching: helping others bring clarity, confidence, and impact to their stories — so they can land the dream offers they’ve worked so hard for.
