Who this is for: Mid to senior, high achieving professionals who are getting interviews but not converting them to offers. If you're making it to first or second rounds but not advancing to final stages, or getting to the end but not landing the offer, this package helps you pinpoint what's holding you back. We'll assess your situation, get clear on your strengths, sharpen how you communicate the value your strengths deliver, and help you show up with more confidence and clarity. What's included: I bring two things to our engagement: 20+ years of marketing expertise, including leadership experience as a hiring manager, and coaching training as an ICF certified coach (PCC). As your coach, I help you get clear and own the strengths you bring to the table. As a marketer, I help you build a strategic story bank tailored to your target roles, organized so you can pull the right example for any question. We'll practice your delivery until it feels natural. Most importantly, you'll walk in knowing exactly what impression you want to leave, so you stay grounded and confident no matter what they ask.

We'll have THREE 55-min 1:1 Zoom sessions, and I'm committed to being available on Leland chat as well for support in between the sessions. How our three sessions are structured: Session 1: Foundation. We clarify the impression you want to make and build your elevator pitch. This becomes your anchor for the entire interview, no matter what they ask. Session 2: Content. Using that foundation, we build out your responses to the specific questions you're anticipating, so you have clear, compelling talk tracks ready to go. Session 3: Delivery. We do live mock practice with real-time feedback on both what you're saying and how you're showing up, so you walk in feeling ready, not just prepared. By purchasing coaching with me, you agree to the below: - My coach will support, challenge, and partner with me in this coaching process, but I take responsibility for setting the direction and moving my goals forward. - I understand it is my responsibility to get the most out of coaching through my own honesty, self-exploration, and accountability. - I understand that personal growth is a non-linear process and that there may be times that the coaching journey and/or relationship feels difficult.
