I’ve switched industries, functions, and countries more times than I can count. Now I help others do the same. I work with people who feel stuck, are considering a pivot, or just don’t know what comes next. Because in my experience, the hardest part isn’t fixing your resume or preparing for interviews. It’s figuring out what you actually want, and having the conviction to go after it. I’ve been at that crossroads myself. --- 9 times !!! I started coaching as a Career Coach for Consulting at Chicago Booth, where I worked with 150+ students exploring consulting and broader career pivots. To date, I have helped 30+ people pivot or move into high-growth roles in Consulting (MBB, Kearney, and Big 4), Venture Capital, Tech/Ecommerce, Investment Banking/Management, Consumer/Retail, and Media. My career has taken me across banking, management consulting (McKinsey), e-commerce, tech startups, family businesses, the military, and physical commodity trading (yes, sometimes one does things that make no sense :)). Each transition came with uncertainty, but also a clearer sense of what I wanted. Along the way, I also built AmritAdmit, where I’ve helped 300+ candidates get into schools like HBS, Stanford, Wharton, Booth, and Kellogg, and secure $10M+ in scholarships. What started as a side experiment at McKinsey grew into something much bigger.
