I help thoughtful, conscientious professionals see themselves more clearly. They may be considering a transition, stepping into leadership, preparing for an important opportunity, wrestling with a difficult dilemma, struggling to lead or advocate authentically within a company’s culture, or wondering why a path that looks successful no longer feels right. Over the past three years, I have provided 550 hours of professional coaching to over 50 clients, including founders, vice presidents, senior directors, physicians, and recent MBA graduates. My perspective draws on my own experiences at Citi, McKinsey, Hulu, TrueCar, Wayfair, and HelloFresh; degrees from Cornell and Chicago Booth; in functions spanning M&A, strategy, marketing, sales, supply chain, and P&L leadership. Our work does not begin with résumé edits, interview scripts, or other quick fixes, though it can include them. Instead, I focus on uncovering a client's unique gifts, values, motivations, and goals. The process is client-led, reflective, and practical. I draw on deep reflection exercises, Enneagram typing, and structured accountability to help clients see the full range of choices available to them. This enables career decisions that better fit the broader context of their lives, aspirations, and circumstances. Specifically, it can shape target selection, interview storytelling, case interview prep, authentic self-advocacy, or questions of work-life balance as an enabler of high(er) performance.

Why do I coach?

My purpose is to support individuals in permanently rediscovering who they truly are. In doing so my aim is that they are able to build *meaningful* careers, that happen to be succesful, rather than careers that appear successful externally, but feel empty inside. During the pandemic in 2021, I needed to take care of my parents. I found myself doing my corporate job remotely at the same desk, in the same room, in which I had completed all my highschool studies. Having traveled the world in the interim, building a exciting and varied career -- it occured to me in this moment that the more things had changed, the more they had stayed the same. Starting at the pen scratches made in the desk at 1AM preparing for a test I did not feel was meaninful in highschool, I now was building a deck that I knew was not meaningful to me at the exact same time. What had I lost? I had lost my spirit of service, and perhaps, even, lost the conviction that an authentic spirit of service and care was compatible with the ambition and drive of the business world. I committed to integrating volunteering and service back into my life on a regular basis. This lead me to serve a leading coaching and developing organization named Upbuild (upbuild.com) -- where I certified as both a life coach and Ennegram practioner. Along the way, I learned, that in my heart of hearts, I am meant to learn, teach, and guide others towards their better (and best selves).
