About Aliya
Hi, I’m Aliya! I grew up in Kingston, Jamaica, and made the leap from a small high school there to Cornell University, where I graduated with a double major in Economics and Information Science. Straight out of college, I broke into consulting, gaining hands-on experience in problem-solving, technology, and strategy. Recently, I secured an exciting opportunity in product management, which has been a goal of mine. Having gone through these transitions not long ago, I bring a fresh perspective and up-to-date knowledge of the processes, from navigating competitive applications to carving a path in new industries. Outside of work, I love exploring new cultures, learning languages, and staying active with tennis and Pilates. I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned to help others achieve their goals and thrive in their own unique journeys!
Why do I coach?
I've always been passionate about sharing knowledge and supporting others in their journeys. Throughout my life, I've gained invaluable insights from mentors and peers who have walked paths similar to mine. Their guidance has shaped my decisions, mindset, and growth in meaningful ways. I believe in the power of paying it forward, offering tactical advice, practical tools, and honest perspectives to help others navigate their challenges.
