About Advait

My mission is to build more equitable cities. Likewise, I'm excited to support MBA and MPP applicants who are pursuing social impact oriented careers. I'm currently pursuing an MBA-MPP between the Stanford GSB and the Harvard Kennedy School. In graduate school, I've received the full-ride Zuckerman Fellowship at HKS while also working with the Governor's Office in Minnesota, the Black Economic Council of Massachusetts, and the Alabama NAACP. Before graduate school, I worked at McKinsey & Company before leaving to help start the justice reform portfolio at a local philanthropy called Chicago Beyond.

Why do I coach?

Great coaching helps people expand their belief in themselves, what they think they can achieve. Personally, I've always found * how I have benefited *how I have helped others I aspire to be more than a coach. While I will be a top professional, I also want this work to be personal. I am especially motivated to help clients who have visions tied to social impact. The margins that separate who gets into a school and who does not are incredibly thin.
