About Aditi
I am Aditi, cofounder and CEO of Locale.ai, a B2B SaaS startup in India. At Locale, I was responsible for raising $6M from top-tier VCs and renowned angel investors and driving global sales to achieve $1M ARR across U.S., India, and Europe. I also built a high-performing 30-member team, developed impactful marketing strategies with 30K+ followers, and launched innovative product features to address customer needs and drive growth. I am an economics graduate from BITS Pilani. I am also a writer and poet. I balance the demands of running my startup with the joy of crafting stories and verses. My words, whether in the business world or in prose, offer a glimpse into my world, a world where technology and creativity intertwine.
Why do I coach?
Coaching matters to me because I’ve been fortunate to have mentors who invested their time and wisdom in me, often in their personal capacity. Their guidance made a profound difference in my life, and I feel a deep sense of responsibility and gratitude to pay it forward. It brings me immense joy to share my knowledge and experiences, and to see people grow, gain confidence, and achieve more because of that exchange. I believe coaching is not just about advice — it’s about empowering others to unlock their own potential, and in doing so, creating a ripple effect of positive change. Eventually, I aspire to transition into coaching full-time, and I’m committed to starting that journey today — building the foundation one conversation, one person at a time.
