Build AI Automation Systems with an AI Solutions Architect
I have worked as a product manager and solutions engineer at 2 YC-backed AI companies, where I led the design and implementation of bespoke automation systems for companies in diverse industries. I got to see firsthand what happens when you take an intelligent workflow and drop it into a company's operations: teams reorganize around higher-value work, costs drop, and leaders get time back to focus on growth instead of putting out fires. I have also started my own AI Automation company, Optimal AI. I work with companies to map out their standard operating procedures, understand the true cost of their most important business outcomes, and identify which of those outcomes can be reached materially improved with AI and automation. I also help teams and individuals actually use AI well — not just install tools, but build what I call a "context operating system": structured AI workspaces with the right connectors, skills, and business context wired in so that every employee has an AI partner that genuinely understands their role and their company. This isn't prompt engineering tips. It's systems design for the age of AI assistants.
