Session 1 — Diagnose & Position. We pull your current story apart and find what's actually costing you. I run your "tell me about yourself" through the Bicycle framework — is there a genuine driver, does your path read as deliberate choices, is there a coherent direction — and diagnose where your positioning, not your technicals, is holding you back. You leave with a clear diagnosis and a rebuilt spine for your story. Session 2 — Rebuild & Sharpen. We rebuild your core answers until they're genuinely yours and connect cleanly — the story, your "why buy-side / why now / why this firm," and the behavioural answers — with a focus on making your commercial judgment and point of view audible. This is the part almost no other coach does: not drilling technicals, but making sure you sound like someone who can already do the job. Session 3 — Pressure-Test & Deliver. A live mock under realistic pressure — I interrupt and probe the way a sharp buy-side interviewer will, then give you direct feedback on delivery, conviction, and clarity. You walk out able to deliver your story and answers with genuine conviction, interview-ready.
