For nearly 15 years, I served as Director of Admissions and Graduate Programs at Princeton University's School of Public and International Affairs (SPIA), overseeing the admissions and recruitment process for the Master in Public Affairs (MPA), Master in Public Policy (MPP), and Ph.D. programs. In this role, I reviewed thousands of applications and guided prospective students through the highly selective and holistic admissions processes. My work involved leading the admissions committee in close collaboration with faculty, with a strong focus on identifying and supporting future leaders in public service, government, international affairs, and nonprofit sectors. This experience provided me with deep expertise in evaluating academic readiness, professional potential, and mission alignment for graduate study in public policy—and continues to shape how I mentor and advise aspiring graduate students today.

After my own journey applying and interviewing for MBAs and helping others for Master's, from rejections to full-time offers with scholarships, I can personally attest to the challenges, frustrations, and difficulties in determining the right school and executing to receive an offer. I visited 12 business schools in 5 countries in the US, Europe, and Asia in my own research and decision-making process. I've helped numerous applicants on essays, school strategy, narrative development, overall applications, etc. Would be pleased to share learnings and support other applicants in their own trajectories towards success. I've studied in 7 universities and lived in 9 countries, so I uniquely understand different education systems across borders.
