I am an ICF certified coach with over two decades of experience in talent development and leadership coaching. I started my career in engineering and product roles, but have spent most of my 20+ years working in talent development at large multinational tech companies. My work has ranged from new grad recruitment and success to developing programs and coaching the company’s top leadership. Today, as a Coach and Co-Founder of Together We, I help people at transition points feel less alone and more confident. One of the transition points I specialize in is managers and leaders. My extensive background includes leadership roles at Washington University in St. Louis and Indiana University, where I focused on student success and academic advising. In my over 25 years of working with business executives and their teams in various HR leadership roles, I have coached numerous teams and leaders on team transformations. Through working with teams as they go through the various cycles of change due to growth, M & A activity or downsizing, I've got a unique skillset that helps leaders and teams become more effective and strong through working together. If we were to work together, the first step would be to gain a solid understanding and diagnosis of where the team is and what are the challenges being encountered. Then, I would work with the team leadership to design a program and/or exercises to start the process to move the team in the direction being sought. If transformation isn't needed but more strengthening then the process will be shorter and more targeted.

I have been trained at J&J in their methodology for creating high-performing teams (Curphy Solutions model). This program offers a rich suite of research-based tools to diagnose sources of team issues and solutions to address them. The best part about the methodology is that it is intended to train teams to develop the skills to be self-monitoring and correcting. This creates empowerment for those I coach. You are not depending on me for answers. You are developed to understand the issues unique for your teams and the tools that would be help address challenges.
