I’m a former strategy consultant with four years of experience at L.E.K. Consulting, where I also supported recruiting and candidate assessment. Prior to joining L.E.K., I went through the full management consulting recruitment process myself, receiving offers from Monitor Deloitte, Nous Group, EY-Parthenon, and KPMG Strategy. I recruited from a non-target university and come from multiple under-represented backgrounds, including being LGBTQ+, first-generation and low-income, and from a refugee background. I bring both insider knowledge of how consulting firms assess candidates and a deep understanding of how to navigate the process without traditional advantages.

When I graduated from Dartmouth in 2021, I had no idea what industry to work in, so made the classic jump onto the consulting bandwagon. Fast forward to now, and I'm so glad I did.
