I’m a certified leadership coach (ICF-ACC) and former Head of People at a Series C fintech, along with additional experience in talent development roles across a range of industries including Tech, Entertainment, Corporate Real Estate, Financial Services, and Hospitality industries, at small startups and F500 companies alike. I've built leadership development programs from the ground up and coached dozens of new and emerging managers through real-world challenges. I know what it’s like to step into a role that feels bigger than your current skillset - and how to grow into it without losing your authenticity or burning out. Now, as a full-time coach, I work with first-time managers, high-potential leaders, and folks navigating messy transitions. My coaching style is rooted in my deep curiosity about people and problems, skillful active listening, and an honest yet empathetic conversational style that immediately puts clients at ease. I support the client in setting clear objectives at the outset of an initial engagement and in subsequent individual sessions. I am mindful to ensure that sessions remain effective and precisely targeted to the client's goals, but I also have a flexible approach that allows me to explore deeper issues as they arise. I am adaptable coach who uses strong emotional intelligence to meet clients where they are, whether they need a cheerleader to bolster their self-confidence, a tough partner to challenge their assumptions, or a calm and patient voice to help them hold themself accountable. Clients often cite my ability to help them simplify complex problems into smaller, digestible parts that help illuminate solutions. I apply similar skills when I am working with clients who need to navigate overwhelming situations like a career change or a difficult interpersonal environment in the workplace. In these situations, I work with clients to craft powerful personal narratives or to prepare talking points for high-stakes conversations. I honed my expertise in relationship building and growth strategies by engaging with C-level and other high-level executives at Fortune 500 companies. At The Economist, I served as the head of sales for advertising, research, and events in the Western United States and Latin America where I developed and executed a new global sales strategy. Under my leadership, the sales team achieved consecutive years of record revenue sales. Prior to The Economist, I dedicated seven-plus years at Ziff Davis to building, training, and coaching top-tier advertising-sales organizations.
