Welcome to my profile! I bring experience across both public and private market investing, with a background spanning the buy side and sell side in Fixed Income at J.P. Morgan and Jefferies. Most recently, I worked in climate-focused growth equity, where I supported company valuations, portfolio initiatives, and client outreach and fundraising efforts. Alongside my investing work, I’ve spent a lot of time mentoring and coaching others through recruiting and career decisions. In two prior roles, I also ran intern programs, which gave me direct insight into what hiring managers look for in interviews beyond technical skill. I come from a liberal arts background myself and have successfully pivoted across functions within finance, so I’m especially comfortable helping candidates navigate nontraditional paths.
