I met with Brian last summer (2024) to discuss suggestions regarding future employment and entrepreneurship options. I was delighted to find in Brian a deep listener who provided real suggestions, insightful feedback, and made solid recommendations based on my personality and goals. Brian's positive outlook and honest thoughts regarding my plans, made me feel understood, validated, encouraged, and equipped to meet my challenges head on. Brian came up with ideas I hadn't considered, and highlighted strengths, I thought might hinder my success. Brian reminded me to trust myself, and most importantly to BE myself. Brian leads by example, is a strategic thinker, a clear communicator, and genuinely cares about the success of the people he coaches. What I appreciate most, is that he continues to follow up on me, checking in on my progress, and applauding my accomplishments.

While coaching with Brian I was able to witness his talents and love for coaching. Brian is a lifelong friend. He is someone I have always looked up to, and admired for his character, and leadership abilities. I have seen this from him in many aspects of life, including the workplace, sports, academics, and others. He has a great entrepreneurial mind, and I loved being a part of helping him run a successful goalkeeper training business for many years. He is reliable, and is someone I can always rely on for good advice in almost any area of life.

I have known Brian for more than 10 years. He has a great gift to be able to genuinely listen and then reply with constructive ideas, I own a trade company and Brian has always been a great resource when I have needed help with my own leadership skills and entrepreneurship.
