Taylor did an incredible job of explaining the back end of applying to a variety of MBA programs. She was honest, approachable, helpful, authentic and all around someone I'd recommend for Leland.

Even though I had no experience or real knowledge of the consulting industry, Alen was still able to help me tremendously. His knowledge of resume and cover letter writing is by far the best I've seen, even from other services, and it helped me landed first-round interviews that ultimately led to full-time job offers. I went into the college application process with many questions (probably too many), and Alen either knew the answers or were able to find me them. He is an all around amazing person to work with, and I never doubted he wasn't trying to help me succeed. I had the pleasure of having Alen as a college application coach while I was applying to a few Ivy League schools. One of the highlights of working with Alen was that his thorough understanding of the college application process allowed him to easily answer any questions I had. Most of all, he offered constructive feedback for my essays which were initially lacking structure and direction. Alen's best skill is in interview preparation given his past experience as an interviewer. I felt extremely comfortable during all of mine and his coaching was a huge reason for that.

I worked with Alen on the behavioral portion of my consulting interviews, and he was an amazing help. With his background in professional interviewing and consulting, he was able to provide meaningful tips on how to respond to various questions.
