PA Joshi was an incredible teacher when I shadowed her this past year. An addition to observing procedures, she explained the medicine behind each case and allowed me to understand regardless of my limits of knowledge. She created a safe environment in which I could ask any questions for my own understanding. PA Joshi is extremely talented and this is most definitely reflected in her work ethic and approach with patients. Her approach to teach alongside has stuck with me post shadowing with her. I was able to retain the information in a much simpler fashion and this allowed me to understand her approach to diagnosis while helping a patient.
