I have known Katerina since my freshmen year of high school. She is not just a friend to me but a mentor, someone I look up to. I have always aspired to have the same work ethic and drive as she has. She might be one of the smartest people I know and I have enjoyed hearing about all her accomplishments these last couple of years. When it was time for me to apply to and colleges she was who I reached out for SAT and application help. I am now a proud student of Purdue thanks to her help. She has heled me through multiple life and school problems I have struggled with. Her approach to helping others is effective. I believe that there is no better coach for the position other than Katerina.

Akmaral is an extremely kind and patient coach while still being able to provide constructive feedback. She has provided guidance on how go improve my application through feedback sessions and revisions— but even more meaningfully, she has helped me really define my deeper reason for WHY I want to pursue higher education. She has worked with me to understand my own story. As an international student, a patient and understanding coach to walk through this with me for my essay portions helped a lot. She also goes above and beyond most coaches by helping navigate things like financial aid and international visa processes. Super grateful for her services.
