Before I met Andre I had ambition but no real direction. I was interested in a lot of things but I did not know how to narrow them down or figure out what actually made sense for me. Andre changed that. He did not just ask me what I wanted to do. He asked why. He pushed me to think deeper, to stop playing it safe and to commit to something with confidence. More importantly he did not let me settle for surface level answers. Every time I thought I had it figured out he pushed me to go further, to think bigger and to challenge myself in ways I had not before. He has a way of pushing the people he mentors past their limits. Past what they even think they are capable of. He holds you to a high standard not because he expects perfection but because he knows you can handle more than you think. I could not be more thankful for his mentorship. I am walking a much clearer path now and that would not have happened without Andre’s guidance.
