I had the privilege to work with Leo in the kennedy school and teach adaptive leaderhsip. As a supervisor, Leo gave me the space to grow and experiment while ensuring I grow and without compromising the quality of the learning for the kennedy school. In addition, Leo's mastery of the adaptive leadership framework is very advanced allowing him to be one of the few people who worked with all Harvard Kennedy School professors teaching the topic. i highly recommend Leo for transformational learning initiatives. I believe he both studied and taught the right classes to be an asset to any work he carries out
