Cheryl mentored me recently as I started a journey to better understand my strengths and weaknesses with the end goal to gain a promotion. Cheryl has an uncanny knack for seeing strengths and uplifting people are exactly the right times. Every conversation with her left me feeling inspired, motivated, and worthy of my goals. She was able to give me just enough of a nudge while still letting me guide our sessions where I needed them to go. Furthermore, she has a wealth of tools and resources for all situations.
