A big reason for the reason I received as many interviews and acceptances as I did from the top 20 MBA schools was because of Dione. Her ability to highlight and exemplify key skills from work experience and undergraduate experience is what makes her unique. She asks the right questions to ensure you are able to express yourself in the best way possible to the admissions team. Another thing that makes Dione unique is that she doesn't want to change who you are in your essays, but helps you develop a great story and application. I scored a 710 on the first attempt of GMAT but felt that it wasn't quite adequate for schools I was aiming for. To get that extra push and target my weaknesses I opted for 10 hours of tutoring with Josh. From the first hour itself I could see a remarkable change in the way I approached problems especially in the verbal section where I needed the most improvement. Josh also guided me through difficult quant concepts like divisibility, number properties, permutations and combinations by providing me with material with challenging questions and by explaining the concepts in a clear manner. He taught me the right way to approach critical reasoning problems, which were my main area of concern. He also helped me get over my test anxiety, which used to hamper my concentration to a large extent. Overall it was an excellent experience working with Josh, and the results are evident from a score of 740 on the second attempt.

When I started working with Nirmal, I was fighting major confidence issues, having studied by myself for months without making major improvement. I was also working full time and didn't have much time to study. Nirmal encouraged me to push through, to find more time and to commit to my prep so I could grow quickly. He gave customized homework and helped target my areas of growth. He was very flexible in timing and made sure we could meet when it was feasible for me.
