Austin is very friendly and approachable. He is very knowledgeable in terms of how to build a personal brand on LinkedIn, and how to attract recruiters by using certain keywords. Based on the feedback he provided on my profile, and making my edits and revisions on LinkedIn, I have already received a few messages from recruiters within 1-2 days!! He has great networking connections, which he recommended me to connect with them based on my career interests right after our consultation call. After I reached out to those folks, I have gotten a few responses from them, which was super helpful since they provided resources that are tailored towards my needs. Austin knows the process and steps to help you once you share your story/career goals with him. I’m an international student who finished bachelor’s degree with two years of work experience. I was applying for MBA in order to accelerate in my career. However, considering that I did not graduate from a top business school in the U.S., I was lost, confused, and frustrated before I started working with Roy. A few challenges I had were, one, a sub-optimal resume; two, unconfident on getting into top MBA programs, and three, not knowing where to start. When Roy jumped in, he encouraged me and immediately provided me step by step guides on what needs to be done, what to do next, and what to expect. During the process I learned to trust him with all the decisions because he not only asks what but he also asks why. He explored my future with me and provided suggestions that would leave me with most opportunities and adaptability. Which showed me that he cares about me as a person and not just another case to get over with. First, we worked on building a timeline, starting with the ultimate goal of what I’d like to achieve with my life, then we worked backwards. What kind of job would take me there, what MBA would help get me that job, what to do to get in that MBA program, and what can I do now to get closer to my goals. After that, we first worked on my resume to make it stand out. Then, I just followed along his plan and while I’m still in the process of applying, I feel so much better than before I started with him. If you are looking for someone you can trust, cares about you, and can help to get you to where you want then Roy is the choice!

Davon's recommender strategy and general MBA tips helped break down a very complex subject to manageable parts, which helped focus me on prioritizing the right areas when it comes to R1 applications. Davon is strategic, quick, customer-driven, and has been through the process himself.. His areas of expertise made him an easy pick when it came down to who I wanted to work with and is aligned with my personal brand. Solomon conducted a Mock Interview for a deferred MBA program with me. It was amazing to get his insights as a former applicant. He helped me to anticipate relevant questions for my background and gave me specific feedback on all answers I provided to his question. I particularly enjoyed the high pace of the mock interview, which really resembled the real HBS experience! Thanks a lot again Solomon :)

Dalal arranged a session for me to learn about my GMAT journey. After patiently listening to me for good 30 minutes, she told me methods that worked for her. Her way of tackling Verbal questions intrigued me to think beyond what I ever imagined. Her ' Never Give Up' approach, even if you find yourself in the rut after so many attempts, is something I admire a lot. Being disciplined and helpful are two amazing qualities, among many, that are intrinsic to her. If you are someone who wants to extract maximum out of his or her MBA preparation along with some great life lessons , Dalal is the one to look for.

I booked individual sessions with John for the Wharton TBD interview with no clue on how to prepare for the interview. John helped me with my individual pitch from scratch and even organized an amazing practice group interview & 1v1 mock with other candidates. He not only gave extremely detailed feedback for our individual performance for the TBD mock, but also helped me a lot with the 1v1 interview prep, like the self-intro and how to ask questions during 1v1. Would definitely recommend John to anyone who wants help for the Wharton interview prep! Absolutely great coach.

Reagan was incredible to work with! She gave clear, concise and meaningful coaching. We met consistently leading up to interviews and she helped transform my casing abilities.
