Melissa was our leadership coach at my company and trained us on various leadership development topics. I was also fortunate to have her as my mentor for several months where she guided me through effective development and promotion conversations to have with managers. I also learned first hand from her about the resiliency curve and building resilience through adverse situations like pandemic, layoffs and organizational restructuring. She has such a positive attitude that the conversations are energizing and she always makes time to meet without fail.
