Marie is an absolute godsend. She knew exactly what my needs were and improved my GMAT score by 100 points. I come to Arushi when I need someone to get to the root of whatever I’m working on. There have been times that someone told me my resume and cover letter were ready to go and gave me no further feedback when I pressed for it. Then, I showed them to Arushi and she came back with heaps of both broad and granular feedback. Arushi will get to the heart of what’s there (or isn’t) and give constructive feedback on how to remedy it or bring it to another level. She takes the time to understand what you’re trying to convey and has a keen eye for storytelling. While she’s exceedingly nice, Arushi isn’t afraid to give critical feedback in a direct manner. Ever since our first meeting she has not only helped me navigate my early career, but she's also become a friend that I can talk to about almost anything with. I always joke with Lauren that she should become a motivational speaker because after every call/conversation, she manages to bring my moral back up. I often feel anxious and worried about my future because of the extraordinary time we live in and I feel like I'm not doing enough to achieve my full potential, but Lauren always manages to reassure me by sharing her own personal stories of being in the same boat fresh out of college and inspires me to keep pushing forward even if I feel lost. Through her guidance, I've been able to effectively prepare for interviews in the entertainment industry and secure 2 internships. Lauren is dedicated to a life of community service and is always finding ways to give back to the youth, whether it be through early career advice, tutoring, or helping with college applications. For anyone who has a very weak foundation in math, and also wants a good score on the GMAT, Marie did a great job laying out the material in an understandable way that makes even the most complicated questions dissectible. While researching for a GMAT prep course, I was overwhelmed with how many options there were to choose from. Marie has the skills to keep you motivated thus helping you reach your true potential and improve your GMAT scores. Remember that GMAT tutor won’t help much without your effort outside of sessions. The workload is not light and Marie was very upfront in telling me that this is going to involve a lot of practice. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the process.

Several months ago I started applying to new jobs with little-to-no luck. Since working with Samantha I've learned the ins-and-outs of how to structure my resume and how to answer job-interview questions. Given her extensive experience interviewing candidates for PM roles, Neha was able to not just point out the highest-impact areas to focus on during interviews, but also where she saw most candidates go wrong. I came in with limited knowledge of the process, but she helped boil down the interview into structured and formulaic steps, while offering tactical advice that made me feel meaningfully more prepared.

Austin is very friendly and approachable. He is very knowledgeable in terms of how to build a personal brand on LinkedIn, and how to attract recruiters by using certain keywords. Based on the feedback he provided on my profile, and making my edits and revisions on LinkedIn, I have already received a few messages from recruiters within 1-2 days!! He has great networking connections, which he recommended me to connect with them based on my career interests right after our consultation call. After I reached out to those folks, I have gotten a few responses from them, which was super helpful since they provided resources that are tailored towards my needs.
