Shruti has been my mentor since 2022. Although she was not my direct manager, she went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the growth opportunities that align with my short and long term interest. She tailors her feedback and recommendations based on my professional goals. She not only was one of my strong advocates / support on the team, she equipped me with the tools and skillsets such that I could advocate for myself in the future.
