Gursahil has been an amazing coach! He helped me extensively change my resume and cover letter for Product Management & Engineering roles. I am an international student in the US which made my internship and job hunt harder than usual. He helped me strategise my bullet points, prioritise my experiences, and helped me identify the impact and my strengths. It’s his unique outlook and experience which helped me shape an impact-oriented cover letter. Junius was a phenomenal mentor when it came to developing my casing toolkit. His ability to quickly reckognize one's areas for development--whether it be driving interviewee led cases, structuring a MECE approach, summarizing exhibits, or simply asking the right questions in a way that engages the interviewer as a thought partner--made me the well rounded caser I am today. As a result of this, I secured a full-time MBB offer during my senior year of college. I highly recommend Junius to those new to casing or veterans looking for a tune up.

Guin is someone I can easily vouch for due to the amount of depth & knowledge she has on her skill sets. Since my very first conversation with her, I can tell that this woman does thorough research on everything that she does. I also wasn’t expecting myself to cry when she read my human design. From the short amount of timing knowing her, she analyzed my life as though she had watched my entire life. It almost sounds like witch-craft, lol! Guin just really knows her stuff. We also connected on how I’m predominantly an introverted person, and she helped me realize that my style of learning is simply different. I used to tell myself that “I must be slow,” but she gave me a perspective shift in that our minds simply work differently.
