Maria Gabriela has been a great coach! I have always felt accompanied and understood from the first session. She has the ability to understand from a global vision the problem and with a very simple language and small actions we have been able to make therapies with very clear goals. In my particular case we worked on my adaptation in a new country from a personal and professional point of view. Without any doubt I recommend her accompaniment

I found Pat Louden when I was seeking a "High Stakes Conversations" coach. He was so helpful - after two sessions I asked if he would take me on as a General Coaching client as well. He has a wealth of experience and understands the nuances of practical leadership in high-demand career fields. I was able to learn from his relatable anecdotes of navigating the waters of interpersonal dynamics in pressurized settings. Though his work background is high paced, he was also able to look through the lense of my life to determine a tangible path of what success may look like for me as an individual. Mr. Louden has helped me through multiple life transitions that have resulted in not only better pay but more importantly - better life satisfaction. He is absolutely driven by steering incremental improvements in his clients' lives and for that I can't recommend him highly enough.

A few months ago, I found my self suddenly transitioning from the military to civilian life. I wanted to pursue a career in law, but had no idea where to start. I chatted with Johnny when I was senior in college trying to decide what I wanted to do in the early stages of my career. I was a philosophy major and didn't really know how I wanted to apply the skills I gained, but through chatting with Jonny I realized that I could use my writing skills to go into communications. I ended up getting a job in comms at an environmental nonprofit right out of school. Johnny's insights really helped with that process!!!

Gursahil has been an amazing coach! He helped me extensively change my resume and cover letter for Product Management & Engineering roles.
