I worked with Derek to prepare for my promotion. Derek did a great job with helping me craft my success stories and preparing for pushback. More importantly, he helped me develop a future plan for what I would do after my promotion, and that was what helped me win over my senior managers. Derek has a strong ability to view things from the other side of the table. He understands very well how a conversation would play out, and helped me adjust my delivery to maximize the impact.
