Alejandro is an excellent mentor, who genuinely cares about his students. He possesses a tremendous amount of knowledge about the IB/PE industry and will go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Alejandro's resume speaks for itself, yet he remains incredibly humble and easy to talk to. Needless to say, I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. I would definitely vouch for Alejandro as a mentor. As my boss during my internship, he helped guide me through key LBO and DCF concepts and explained them very well. He helped me understand many IB/PE concepts from a conceptual approach rather than memorization, which has proved to be very helpful as I look to expand my knowledge and learn more. As a mentor, he has always kept me to my deadlines and been very flexible - I can schedule one on one time with him almost every day if I need to, and he is always willing to answer questions relating to past experiences, technical concepts, advice, or anything in between.
