He is able to work alongside students to pragmatically approach job applications, interviews and transitions. Second, Ibrahim is honest. In an industry prone to developing unrealistic expectations in students, I continue to appreciate Ibrahim's transparency on the difficulties of the job market and the struggles of transitions. He understands how long-term life goals, such a lifestyle, location, commute, work life balance and family, must be considered when examining different career paths. Finally, Ibrahim is attentive. He has always had an astute understanding of if a student needs a pep talk, a safe space to discuss troubles or a pragmatic working session. Peter proved to be an invaluable resource when I was preparing for interviews.
