I have known Madeleine for about five years at this point. I have been running a networking group for people who are looking for a next job or looking to make a career change. And I am also a Company Recruiter. She has been incredibly helpful to the group as well as on individual level. She has given me advice in terms of career direction, and she has also provided some help in terms of my own personal resume. Her advice and coaching with the group has been invaluable. and timely. And real world. Her comments and advice are both timely and realistic given the constraints of the job market. And on a more personal level, my resume has been pulling hits, requests for interviews and more. And despite the fact that many of my job applications are via online Applicant Tracking Systems, or similar, I am still getting a very high success rate in terms of pulling replies.
