I worked with Logan for 3+ years during our shared time in consulting. Logan is was a leader and mentor to everyone who worked with him, from new hires to experienced consulting vets. In particular, Logan was personally mentored me when I first joined the firm; I distinctly recall Logan sitting down with me over my first few weeks at the firm and walking me through all the core skills I would need to succeed, including understanding the PE ecosystem, market sizing, competitive positioning analysis, and how to scrutinize potential investments as an advisor to the buyside. Logan has the ability to take complex concepts and communicate them to his team in a way that fosters growth and makes daunting tasks seem approachable. Logan has demonstrated this skill time and time again as he mentored dozens of consultants across the private capital practice and helped our team grow.

Annette was hired as a leadership consultant to mentor the engineers in my product development department for an emerging division of a medical device company. Over the course of six months, Annette trained and mentored them on how to: plan and then meet the commitments of their work; communicate to leadership and each other effectively; problem solve in a structured manner, including Six Sigma methodologies; and write documentation in a clear and concise manner. As a department of 25 engineers, we went from two product releases per year to four per year, thanks to Annette’s mentoring and coaching.
