I am fortunate to have known Alison for over ten years and worked with her for 4 four years. She is a consummate professional who grew up in consulting, travelled and lived around the world with her various professional roles and is admired universally by team members throughout. Alison knows the questions to ask, is thoughtful with high EQ/IQ and gets to know her subject/mentee/team member thoroughly to best direct them, whether it be on a project, workstream, job search or beyond. Finding someone who is both well versed in financial services and outside of my immediate network was important to me. Devin's experience within the global financial services ecosystem and working across various business lines reduced the time to understand my context. When I was applying to business school, Andrew supported me from start to finish. He helped me know what to expect in the process and program, gave helpful feedback when I was bouncing ideas around regarding essays and preparation, and was even the one to suggest I look into Rice Business because it aligned with my interests (and was the program I ended up graduating from). As a coach and mentor, Spencer is second to none. He was my first supervisor at Bain and really invested in my development to help me learn the ropes of life in consulting. As my responsibilities grew, I could always count on him to (1) provide me with the support I needed to take on new roles and (2) candidly tell me how it is when I needed to change/improve something. His guidance made me a better consultant and professional. Spencer also helped me successfully navigate the admissions process at Harvard Business School. Beyond being a great coach, he’s also simply a great person. He’s really easy to talk to and really invests in those he works with. More than just about anyone else I’ve worked with, Spencer’s mentorship has made a profound impact on my life, and I couldn’t recommend him enough as a coach.
