Leah is a phenomenal mentor who cares about her students and is extremely knowledgeable in her fields of expertise. She takes a hands-on approach when guiding you and explains the reasoning behind her advice to help you understand her thought process. She goes above and beyond to help, is clear about what she expects, and holds you accountable to help you achieve your goals. Leah helped me break into the emerging markets private equity space and provided invaluable advice on the next steps I should pursue in my career. I would highly recommend Leah as a mentor and career coach.

Tom is truly one of a kind; he’s reliable, a hard worker, and brings a can-do attitude that we can all use a little more of. He’s great at creating a space in which you can feel heard and also offered kind and constructive feedback when coaching me on a presentation I was working on.
