I only had a few weeks with Denice before COVID hit and shut everything down. Several months later, Goodwill "started up" our Executive Coaching program again, and I decided to stay with Denice. I can tell you that it was one of the best business decisions I had made. When I started working with Denice, I was a Sr. Director of Mission Services. The one item that I appreciated about Denice was her professionalism and ability she had to help me to see a much broader picture. Denice challenged me in the right ways, pushing me to look at the business and co-workers in a much more positive and empathetic way. Fast forward to 2024, I was promoted to a SVP/Chief Mission Officer of Goodwill.
