"I 10000/10 will vouch for Jimmy as an executive coach!! I've been working with Jimmy for over 6 years now, and can't recommend him enough. His expertise as a Founder/Investor/Operator make him a highly unique executive coach because he can draw from experience to provide tactical advice when needed, which is one of the many, many things I've enjoyed working with Jimmy for all these years. For context, Jimmy helped me land my job at Goldman and I've continued to work with him as my coach since then. His style is honest, empathetic, caring, and direct - the exact kind of combination I would have wanted / expected from my executive coach. He listens thoughtfully, prepares for all of our sessions, and is constantly challenging me in ways I've never thought anyone would. And I'm grateful for that, he's hands down the best coach you could ever have, and I can honestly say that.

Jimmy is passionate about coaching, always ready to help, and knows how to handle all sorts of different scenarios, problems, and challenges that I've brought to him over the last 7 years. Ever since we met, when I was initially skeptical about coaching, he's been able to help take my career and personal growth to the next level. Before I was working with Jimmy, I had no coach and no real direction professionally. I was at a Series B fledgling startup and wanted to crack into Big Tech/FANG, but didn't know how nor have the confidence. However, Jimmy helped coach me through the entire career transition from start to finish, beginning with basics and helping me find my way. Britton was the most important mentor I have had during my time at Uber so far. He took me under his wing, and showed me the ropes of product management, from the basics of product thinking, to driving roadmap strategy, execution, and leadership/org negotiation. Britton is the definition of leading by example; embodying key traits of successful PMs; he's accountable, cool-headed under pressure, efficient, and decisive. He gave me hands-on opportunities on his team to drive projects forward, and was a trusting guide who I could lean on for escalations and complex situations. During our mentorship, he even went the extra mile and did mock interviews with me. I owe Britton a lot of my growth as a product thinker and professional at Uber. Keanu has been a treasured resource for me in more ways than I can describe. He has always been my first call when I've needed guidance, personal or professional.
