I had worked with Maïa at the time when she was working for Paul Sekhri, President & CEO of Cerimon. She understands the exact need of what I was looking for and managed to relay and convey my message to the relevant people/team in a very prompt manner. I would very much like to work with Executive Assistants like Maïa but there are just very few and far between. My guess is that the skill set and her talent comes from her multi-cultural experience and also as being an Artist.

Maïa and I collaborated on synching C-level executives’ demanding calendars on numerous occasions over several years. She truly is dedicated and passionate about her work and most importantly, about the people she works for and with. Maia is exceptionally good at whatever she does and there is no job that she cannot do. She was always first to respond to inquiries and her input was well thought out, her answers did not leave me with more questions. She was always one step ahead so she made my work more efficient too. Working on board matters is never easy, but thanks to Maia's experience and winning personality, we achieved much more than I ever hoped for, and it was not a chore. As an EA, you take on huge responsibility for a wide range of things and it is great when you have a solid partner you can trust on the other side.
