Erica has been, and still continuous to be, an impactful mentor for me. She is kind, extremely easy to talk to, and very organized with our discussions. When we first started meeting, I had both professional and personal questions and Erica had guided me very well with both. I didn't know where to start in some areas and she helped come up with a plan to cover all the topics that I needed. I could not recommend Erica more as a mentor and personal career coach.
