I had the opportunity to work with Kira during my first semester at NC State in the full-time MBA program. During my time working with Kira, she provided me with extensive knowledge and assistance regarding anything related to my career and professional advice. Anything from resume help, professional development, or just a helping hand she provided exceptional support. Her help and support during my first semester allowed me to quickly become comfortable within the program and contributed highly to my success.

Rosa has been an incredible resource to me during my consulting summer internship during one of the most competitive years. I had the privilege of having Michael as my mentor during my senior year of undergraduate studies through Trinity College’s alumni mentor program. We met weekly over zoom, sometimes more, and he showed up to every meeting with his undivided attention. He completely revamped my resume, provided me with cover letter examples, and constructive feedback on how I might land my first job in the medical field upon graduating. He redirected all of my anxiety and self doubt, encouraging me to believe that I was more than capable. With his guidance and enthusiasm I landed a job but more importantly some courage and a plan that I am still following as I hope to attend PA school in the coming years. Not only did he volunteer his time to meet with me weekly, he was prompt to respond to any questions, worries, or even general life updates I had outside of our scheduled meeting times. Michael acted more than just a mentor during my time with him but also as a listener, a therapist, and a friend. Even though he is not my mentor any longer, he still checks in to see how things are progressing on my end. This all took place while he was in medical school with very little time to himself. I think that speaks volumes about his character. I am incredibly grateful for his dedication to providing me mentorship and I cannot recommend him enough.
